Account Dasboard



After you login, your account dashboard includes quick-links to all your most important account areas:

  • Products: Includes content specific for all your products and services
     
  • Elements: Includes content entries associated to 1 or more Products. It is usually composed of all your optional or add-on features or services
     
  • Categories: Used for organizational purposes, allows you to create multiple categories for your Custom Content entries
     
  • Custom Content: Includes content for for all generic proposal sections: Cover Pages, Disclaimers, Legal Notes, etc.
     
  • Workspace: Area used to create proposals
     
  • Saved Proposals: Includes a list of all your previously saved proposals

 

Content Setup & Management

When you enter your content, which can be as Products, Elements or Custom Content, you have access to an embedded WYSIWYG ("What You See Is What You Get") editor that allows you to create rich text formatting and save in your cotent library.

 

 

Workspace

Here is where the magic happens. After all your content is setup in different sections and areas, you can create proposals with just a few button clicks. Content options appear dinamically based on the previous options chosen. Selected content sections appear on the right where you can reorganize by drag-n-drop.

After all sections are selected, you can preview, save or generate your new proposal as a Microsoft Word Document or Acrobat PDF file.
